Description
Three weeks ago, the Harris County Hospital District and Memorial Hermann announced a bold, innovative response to a pressing community need. The proposed agreement must be approved by the Harris County Hospital District Board of Managers, the Harris County Commissioners Court, and the Memorial Hermann Board of Directors and Members. If approved the sale of the private, not-for-profit Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital to the community-owned Harris County Hospital District will occur later this year.
