For the beginning meditator, it can be difficult to know how to start and maintain a meditation practice. I offer services to help the beginner on the path to a Peaceful Meditation with private or group meditation lessons and private or group guided
meditations.

Caring for yourself with a regular meditation practice is quite possibly the most important gift you will ever give yourself.

Private meditation lessons for beginners run in series of six lessons given once a week.

* Private 1 hour lessons - Beginner's series 1:

A La Carte: $90.00 per visit
All six lessons paid in advance: $486.00

* Private 30 minute home with 20 minute guided meditation:

A La Carte: $50.00 per visit
Six weekly visits paid in advance: $270.00
